Wholesale Mobile Phone Supply

As a wholesale partner of ReCell Global, you gain access to large-volume of refurbished mobile phone stock sourced through established enterprise and carrier programs.

Stock is supplied across Good Working Order (GWO) and Faulty / Damaged categories, with all devices professionally graded to provide transparency and consistency.

Good Working Order (GWO) (available in bulk auctions or individual purchase)
Fully functional devices that have been tested and wiped, with no activation locks. Cosmetic condition is graded as:

  • Grade A – Pristine
  • Grade B – Excellent
  • Grade C – Very Good
  • Grade D – Good

Faulty / Damaged Devices (available in bulk auctions only)
Devices that may be partially functional or non-functional, also graded for condition and fault severity:

  • B-X, C-X, D-X – Partially Functional / Damaged
  • F-X – Non-Functional / Salvage

Each device is assessed for cosmetic condition, functionality, screen condition, and known faults. A detailed grading sheet is provided so buyers can confidently assess the condition standards prior to bidding.

Packaging & Volumes

  • Devices are individually bubble wrapped and labelled
  • Supplied in boxes of approximately 50 units
  • Weekly tender volumes typically range from 200 to 2,000+ devices

Weekly Tender Process

When auctions are released, registered wholesale partners receive a spreadsheet listing available stock.

The process works as follows:

  1. You receive the weekly stock spreadsheet
  2. You nominate your bid price per model / line item
  3. Bids are submitted back to ReCell Global
  4. The highest bid for each lot is awarded the stock
  5. ReCell Global manages the full tender and procurement processon your behalf

Lots are awarded in full, giving buyers access to bulk stock at true tender-based wholesale pricing.
